I also love the lighter bites, perfect with a glass of wine: crostini with ricotta and honey, or a tramezzini, the Italian version of English high-tea sandwiches. And I didn’t forget the sweets—from the tiramisu I made with my mother when I was eight years old to the famous basil panna cotta I made to help win me the title of MasterChef.
I love to teach, and I’ll show you the fundamentals of fantastic Italian food, including homemade stock (I swear, it’s easy), pasta from scratch, and more. My Italian Kitchen is packed with the food that I love and that you and your family will love too. (Plus I’ll tell you some good behind-the-scenes stories from Season 4 of MasterChef!)

I love this recipe book

I love this recipe book! I am a huge Master Chef fan and I collect the recipe books from all of the winners of the competition. There are many wonderful recipes in this book that I have tried and they are delicious. I would definitely recommend this book to any Master Chef fan.

I like to read this book

I like to read this book. Not only it has many good recipes I am interested to try but also I enjoy reading it and like Luca's interesting stories about his cooking and life. Those parts inspires me to read more and try to cook different cuisine that I was not familiar with.
The only thing this book could improve is, it should have more pictures for Luca's finished dishes.
That's why I give it a 4 star review.
